Hi, I’m Julia Varshavsky, PhD. I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges with clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of direction. After years in the corporate world, both as a technical expert and executive, I discovered my love for guiding others while mentoring colleagues and helping them find their own path to success and fulfillment.


My journey into this work began during one of the most challenging times in my life, marked by struggles with both health and relationships. That’s when I discovered a transformative method that not only helped me overcome these obstacles but truly revolutionized my life. The impact was so profound that it led me from being a client to a dedicated student and, ultimately, a practitioner committed to sharing this powerful approach with others.

Many of the people I work with are at pivotal points in their lives, often feeling stuck or unfulfilled. For some, it’s a career that no longer excites them, while others seek ways to improve work-life balance or reconnect with their sense of purpose. Others come to me struggling with relationships, personal wellness, or a desire to reclaim health and wellness they feel has been lost along the way.


I help clients who face anxiety, self-doubt, or restless sleep, which can make it feel impossible to create the changes they want. Whether it’s finding a sense of peace, building confidence, reducing stress and anxiety, or overcoming limiting beliefs, my role is to help turn these challenges into opportunities for growth and transformation. Together, we’ll work toward a renewed sense of clarity, confidence, and well-being.

In my work, I combine insights from my business experience and personal journey with the transformative power of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). This award-winning method, developed by Marisa Peer, draws on principles of hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, cognitive behavioral therapy, and neuroscience to achieve rapid, long-lasting results.


Together, we’ll uncover the root causes of any limiting beliefs holding you back and build a renewed sense of empowerment for the person you’re ready to become. As a coach, I provide the support, structure, and accountability you need to turn this vision into reality, helping you find life balance and create lasting, positive change.
