I’ve been using red light therapy for nearly two years, and it’s become my first go-to for everything from skin rejuvenation to relaxation and inflammation relief. I love it so much that I even purchased a lamp to use at home!


How It Works

Red and infrared light penetrate the skin to stimulate photo biomodulation, a process that enhances mitochondrial function, boosting cellular repair and energy production. Whether it’s targeting skin health or reaching deeper tissues like muscles and joints, redlight therapy promotes healing and rejuvenation across the body.
