Thank you for considering my services. I am here to guide you through transformative experiences with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®).

What to Expect During RTT® Sessions
My sessions are designed to facilitate deep and lasting transformation:
Transformation Sessions: 2–3 hours each, including hypnosis. The number of sessions required depends on your goals and progress; typically, 1–3 sessions are sufficient to achieve meaningful results.
Intake Session: A 45–60-minute discussion to explore your goals, history, and background.
After each RTT® session, you will receive a 15–20-minute personalized meditative audio recording to support your transformation. You’ll need to listen to the recording daily for 21 days. Additionally, I will follow up 1–2 times after your session by phone to address any questions and assess your progress.
Convenient Zoom Appointments
All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. To ensure the best experience, please prepare:
A quiet, interruption-free environment.
A comfortable chair.
A desk with a computer or screen equipped for Zoom.
A reliable power source to last the duration of your session.

What happens in an RTT session?In an RTT session, I guide you into a deeply relaxed, focused state of hypnosis, where you’ll remain fully aware and in control. This allows us to uncover and explore the root causes of limiting beliefs and behaviors. Together, we work to transform the limiting belief into empowerment. After the session, you’ll receive a personalized audio recording. You will need to listen to it daily for 21 days to solidify the transformation.

How should I prepare for my session?No special preparation is required. For a Zoom session, you will need to choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. Wear comfortable clothing, and have a glass of water within reach.

What does it feel like to be in hypnosis?Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation, similar to meditation. You will feel fully conscious, with awareness of your surroundings, while deeply focused on your inner experience. Sensations vary: some people feel light or drowsy, while others feel simply calm.

How can I tell if I’m hypnotized?Hypnosis is a natural state, often so subtle that it may feel no different from relaxation. You will hear everything, remember the session, and be able to open your eyes if needed. With practice, you may find it easier to reach a deeper state, but each session will vary.

What if I can’t go “deep” enough?The depth of trance isn’t linked to its effectiveness; even light trance can bring impactful results. Simply relax, let go, and allow the process to unfold naturally.

Can hypnosis make me do something against my will?No, you cannot be made to do anything against your will in hypnosis. You remain fully in control.

What if I think I already know the cause of my issue?Even if you believe you know the cause, hypnosis often reveals additional layers and new perspectives that can lead to profound shifts. Many clients access scenes they did not anticipate, which adds new dimensions to the healing process. Simply relax and trust your subconscious to guide you.

When can I expect to see changes?Significant shifts in thoughts, feelings and behaviors may be noticeable right away. For some people, the process will unfold over time.

How will I feel after the session?Many people feel a sense of relief, lightness, or newfound clarity. It’s common to feel tired afterward, especially if emotional processing occurred. New insights may continue to arise in the days following your session, which is a natural part of the healing process. Rest as needed and allow yourself time to integrate these changes.

How many sessions will I need?The number of sessions varies depending on your needs and goals. Some clients experience significant changes in just one session, while others may benefit from additional sessions to reinforce progress or address multiple areas.

Do online sessions work as well as in-person sessions?Yes, online hypnosis sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. Many clients find that participating from home enhances relaxation, making it easier to enter the hypnotic state.
